So not one but two curvy women on the January 2021 covers of American Vogue are kinda a big deal. Not that these two phenomenal women NEED vogue but that perhaps Anna Wintour is finally warming up to the idea that beauty is a standard that the gate keepers can no longer SET. Both Paloma and Rosalina are beautifully dynamic well rounded American women and that in an of itself deserves to be celebrated because celebrating a woman for ONLY being an attractive stick figure (and the stick figure that you’ll never be!) is so played out. Kudos to Vogue for finally evolving, listening, and giving we the people what we deserve: relatability in the Time of Covid. | LPR
